Shipping policy

E-Switchy kits are hand built in batches by our expert team of craftsmanship, and each kit is rigorously tested before leaving our shop to make sure every single kit is working properly.

For full kit purchases and any purchases containing a battery, please expect 3 – 5 business days for your kit to arrive. In case of weather issues, pandemics, or other factors, Fedex may be experiencing additional delays.

Shipping Policy Disclaimer:

We are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery confirmation. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled.

Signature confirmation and shipping insurance are available upon request prior to shipment for an additional charge. If these services are not arranged in advance, the customer assumes responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage after delivery.

Estimated Shipping & Delivery Dates:

All shipping and delivery dates provided at checkout or communicated by E-Switchy are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. While we make every effort to ensure orders arrive on time, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, operational delays, customs processing, or circumstances outside of our control.

If a customer chooses to cancel, refuse delivery, or return an order solely because the shipment did not arrive by the estimated delivery date, the customer will be responsible for all shipping-related costs, including:

  • Original outbound shipping charges to the customer
  • Return shipping charges back to E-Switchy
  • Any carrier fees, processing fees, rerouting fees, refused delivery fees, or related charges incurred
  • All related return fees referenced in our Return section

Shipping delays caused by the carrier do not qualify an order for free cancellation, refund of shipping costs, or return shipping coverage by E-Switchy.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and accepts responsibility for applicable shipping costs if canceling due to carrier delivery delays.


Please note: some battery returns may require special documentation and packaging, and you may have to encounter extra fees. This is in order to correctly comply with lithium battery shipping regulations. For all return shipping we require the local shipping service FedEx office, not all FedEx locations accept dangerous goods shipments, so we suggest you call the location first to make sure. Additionally, a "Declared Value" must be purchased for an additional cost through FedEx in order to insure the package in case of any damages OR theft during shipping. The "Declared Value" is the total cost the customer paid for the item.

Please mail your package in a traceable method. Contact us by email for return address information. Please Include a note with your name, and your order number describing your situation and/or request.
