During a steep uphill, a signal is sent to the intelligent assist system to increase power. On a rolling downhill, the system sends a signal to shut down the motor to save energy. On a flat surface, once brakes are applied the motor shuts off in 10ms, that’s faster than a blink of an eye. Part of the intelligent assist system are 5 different modes that you can use (Leisure, Exercise, Commute, Climbing, and Manual)

Battery Holder

I put this kit on my wife’s trike she love’s it after a year of use she has 575 miles on it she runs our dog with her trike on nice days.
This is a follow-up to my first posting after the first ride on my bike after the conversion with the Switch 2 kit.
I now have 38 miles on the Switch 2 kit and I am very pleased with the performance I am getting. I started with the assist level set at 90 and immediately stepped it down 10% at a time until I found 10% assist to be more than adequate for the neighborhood rides which have much steeper hills than some of the trails we ride on with the family.
I really like the included LCD screen as it is very sunlight readable and much easier to see than a cell phone app. The 250W 36V motor does a great job of powering the assist with plenty to spare.
I want to make this clear, I am a retired engineer, almost 70 years old, and I am well over the 180 lbs. the bike specs were based on. At my age I have arthritis that really effects my knees. This kit has been a great help as when the family rides, we usually go on 10 to 15 mile rides. After putting 38 miles on the bike kit with one of the longest three rides being 16 miles, my knees were not affected at all.
I would recommend anyone within my baby-boomer group wanting a good value, easy install e-bike kit to take a look at E-Switchy.
I have attached pics of my 15 year old Trek 4300 and some of the hills the wife and I ride as we cycle through our neighborhood.

This is the best ebike . I never thought an ebike conversion kit would be that easy to convert my bike into electric in a matter of minutes! I already told my friends about it and couple of them made an order of Switch Two electric conversion kit. I took it the other day for a 50 mile ride with my husband, when we got back home I had 30% battery left. It's insane! how much battery capacity it contains. It can go on forever for long distances! Great product, I am happy. Go E-Switchy!
I got my new E-Switchy Switch Two bike the other day and I must say that I love it! it's very fast and easy to convert literally any bike into an ebike. Ebike conversion kit with easy installation is a true statement when it comes to this kit. Took me few minutes to swap out my front wheel with and install electric wheel. My wife has the Swytch bike kit from england, these guys have horrible customer support, when that kit broke down she couldn't get it fixed for 2 month. So now I am getting her another E-Switchy kit because first they are USA based support and they always reply to our emails in a day. I highly recommend this is the best electric conversion kit ever !
